Madeline Kanas

Madeline is a certified 200-hour yoga instructor who has been teaching since June 2024. She first fell in love with yoga during her undergraduate studies and, after completing her master’s degree, followed her dream of becoming a yoga instructor. Madeline is passionate about creating welcoming, accessible classes where students of all levels can explore movement, breath, and mindfulness.

When she’s not teaching yoga, Madeline is a middle school teacher. She enjoys reading, spending time with her husband, and sharing meaningful moments with her friends and family.

In Studio - Beginner Yoga is a great class for beginners or anyone looking to come back to the basics of yoga. Whether focusing on the tight areas of the body or working through poses to understand where the body should be and which muscle to use to safely perform the pose, you will walk away feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.
