Anita Odekirk

Anita Odekirk is a 200hr Certified Yoga Teacher through the Kripalu School of Yoga and Ayurveda and has taught yoga and other classes since 2011. She is certified in Yin Yoga, Accessible Yoga, Energy Medicine Yoga®, and Let Your Yoga Dance®. Anita guides classes that use a mix of all she’s learned in her certifications. She enjoys offering options with everything she teaches so everyone can find what works best for them. Anita continues to study and take trainings to enhance her teaching abilities and is deeply grateful for the loving wisdom her teachers continue to share with her. She loves not only yoga, but dancing, nature hikes, reading, coloring, doodling, journaling, hugs, having fun, laughing, and of course her family and friends.

Slow Flow Yoga Mix
with Anita Odekirk

In Studio Along with a slower flow vinyasa, this class will include a mixture of yoga practices. Meditation, breathwork, mindfulness, mudras, mantra, and the 1st two limbs of yoga, the Yamas and Niyamas will be incorporated into our practice. Fun, playfulness, and laughter can be part of the mix too. Options will always be offered in any of the practices offered to help make this class accessible to everyone and you’ll be encouraged to listen to your needs and find which options work best for you.
