Anita Odekirk

Anita received her 200hr Kripalu Yoga Teacher certification studying under Coby Kozlowski and Jennifer Reis at the Kripalu School of Yoga and Ayurveda.She has a certification in Yin Yoga through Green Lotus Yoga, and is a certified Accessible Yoga teacher. She has also studied with Sean Johnson and the Wild Lotus Band during an 8 day Bhakti Immersion and with Jack Kornfield (Best selling author and teacher of Buddhist Mindfulness practices) at a week long meditation and mindfulness retreat. She is also a Let Your Yoga Dance® teacher as well as a facilitator of SoulCollage®.  She continues to study and take training's to enhance her teaching abilities and will always be a student of the practice and is deeply grateful for the loving wisdom her teachers continue to share with her.

She love music, yoga, dance, traveling across the country, reading books, being in nature and encouraging others to play, have fun, and follow their passions.
