Chrissy has been a didicated student of yoga for over 17 years. Initally in love with yoga philosophy, she quickly became an enthusiast in the art of asana (poses).  She became a Certified Yoga Instructor in 2015. Chrissy enjoys sharing her enthusiasm for the practice, her love of music playlists and poetic approach to your perspective in the way of peace.

Yoga for Life is a practice to benefit you every day of your life. These classes are designed to improve balance, increase flexibility and build strength with a variety of modifications given for students at all levels. Music playlists are created for class to bring you into the present moment with some slow flowing movements and longer held poses. Find your center, listen to your body and create the best version of yourself.

This class has fewer rounds of movement than our other Barre HIIT Fusion Classes and is a great way to build strength no matter your age or physical endurance. Come prepared to laugh and have fun!! :)
