Beth - Yoga

Beth's personal Yoga practice began 19 years ago.  Loving it so much, she started teaching Yoga and Pilates in 2005 at the Kettle Moraine YMCA.  Seeking to deepen her Yoga studies, Beth completed a 200 + Hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2011 and has completed multiple other certifications since then. She has taught Yoga, Pilates and Group Exercise Classes at multiple studios and community centers in Washington County over the years.  Beth took a break from teaching to pursue her educational dreams and completed her Physical Therapist Assistant diploma in 2018.  She is grateful to be teaching Yoga again and is ready to assisting you on your Yoga journey.

Yoga for Life is a practice to benefit you every day of your life. These classes are designed to improve balance, increase flexibility and build strength with a variety of modifications given for students at all levels. Music playlists are created for class to bring you into the present moment with some slow flowing movements and longer held poses. Find your center, listen to your body and create the best version of yourself.
