Gentle Yoga is a great class for students of all levels. This class focuses on stretching the tight parts of the body by holding poses or with slow mindful movements.

Along with a slower flow vinyasa, this class will include a mixture of yoga practices. Meditation, breathwork, mindfulness, mudras, mantra, and the 1st two limbs of yoga, the Yamas and Niyamas will be incorporated into our practice. Fun, playfulness, and laughter can be part of the mix too. Options will always be offered in any of the practices offered to help make this class accessible to everyone and you’ll be encouraged to listen to your needs and find which options work best for you.

Warm Flow Yoga gets your body moving and the heart pumping in a heated studio (low - mid 80’s). This class is for students who are ready to amp up their practice with a fun and active flow. Students will gain strength, stamina, balance and more flexibility in this class.
Yoga for Life is a practice to benefit you every day of your life. These classes are designed to improve balance, increase flexibility and build strength with a variety of modifications given for students at all levels. Music playlists are created for class to bring you into the present moment with some slow flowing movements and longer held poses. Find your center, listen to your body and create the best version of yourself.
In Studio
Sculpt and Flow is a fun workout that will tone your whole body quickly! Flowing mindfully from pose to pose with the addition of light hand weights (1-5 pounds) quickly engages the stabilizer muscles creating strength from within. Incorporating Barre Techniques into this class fires up the muscles to create long, lean, toned muscles. Not only does it reshape your entire body, but it allows you to channel your inner strength and leave class feeling strong, confident and poised.

Mindful Flow is an active class flowing from pose to pose; welcoming of students of all levels. As we flow, poses variations are offered to meet you where you are in your yoga practice. This is a great class to get your heart pumping and your body moving.
